Terms of Service

By accessing or using Chronos, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials and paid plans.
Chronos provides an AI-powered GTM digital twin for sales and outreach. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations. You are responsible for the content you create and send through Chronos.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Chronos is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach at nadav@geodo.ai.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Chronos and all associated technology, design, and content are owned by Chronos Labs. You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform. You grant Chronos a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Chronos is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronos Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
